1. Eligibility & Participation Cap

1.1 The competition is open only to officially registered Intimaly creators.

1.2 Registration is open from February 28 through March 10, 2026 (23:59 PST).

1.3 The competition requires a minimum of 75 registered creators.

1.4 Only the first 100 creators to complete the registration form can participate. Once 100 eligible creators have registered, registration will close automatically.

1.5 If fewer than 75 creators register by March 10, Intimaly reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the competition.

2. Competition Period & Sales Eligibility

2.1 The competition runs from March 1, 2026 (00:00 PST) to March 31, 2026 (23:59 PST).

2.2 All eligible sales generated during this period will count toward tickets and leaderboard rankings.

2.3 Creators who register after March 1 (e.g., March 8) will still have all eligible sales made between March 1–31 counted, provided they complete registration on or before March 10 and is one of the first 100 registrations.

2.4 Orders placed before or after the competition window will not be counted.

3. Ticket System & Bonus Structure

3.1 Creators earn 1 lottery ticket for every 3 confirmed eligible orders.

3.2 Every time a creator accumulates 3 earned tickets, they automatically receive 1 additional bonus ticket.

Example:

• 9 confirmed orders = 3 earned tickets

• 3 earned tickets = 1 bonus ticket

• Total = 4 tickets
  
  

3.3 There is no maximum limit to the number of tickets a creator may earn.

3.4 Tickets (including bonus tickets) are automatically calculated and recorded internally by Intimaly.

4. Prize Structure

4.1 Lottery Prize — $2,500

One (1) lottery winner will receive $2,500 USD.

The winner will be selected randomly from all valid tickets issued during the competition.

There is no minimum revenue requirement to win the lottery prize, provided all ticket-generating orders meet eligibility requirements.

4.2 Leaderboard Prize — $1,000

The creator ranked #1 based on the highest number of confirmed eligible orders during the competition will receive $1,000 USD, subject to the minimum revenue requirement outlined below.

4.3 Leaderboard Minimum Net Sales Requirement

To receive the $1,000 Leaderboard Prize, the first-place creator must generate a minimum of $2,500 USD in confirmed net sales revenue during the competition period.

“Confirmed net sales revenue” means total completed sales minus:

• Refunds

• Chargebacks

• Cancellations

• Fraudulent or reversed transactions

If the first-place creator does not meet the $2,500 net sales requirement, the $1,000 prize will be awarded to the next highest-ranked creator who satisfies the requirement.

4.4 Prize Overlap Rule

If the first-place leaderboard creator also wins the $2,500 lottery prize, the $1,000 leaderboard prize will be awarded to the second-place creator (provided they meet the $2,500 net sales requirement).

5. Eligible Orders

5.1 Eligible orders must be:

• Worth $90 or more

• Fully paid

• Successfully processed

• Not refunded, canceled, or charged back

• Not flagged as fraudulent or suspicious

5.2 There is no minimum revenue requirement to participate in the lottery portion.

5.3 Leaderboard rankings are determined solely by number of confirmed eligible orders (not revenue).

6. Fraud, Refunds & Disqualification

6.1 The following orders will not count toward tickets or leaderboard totals:

• Refunded orders

• Canceled orders

• Charged-back transactions

• Self-purchases intended to inflate performance

• Duplicate, artificial, or coordinated transactions

• Orders flagged by fraud detection systems

6.2 Any attempt to manipulate results, including but not limited to:

• Fake purchases

• Refund cycling

• Use of stolen payment methods

• Coordinated bulk purchases for ticket inflation

• Any activity deemed abusive or fraudulent may result in immediate disqualification.

6.3 Intimaly reserves the right to remove tickets, adjust leaderboard rankings, or disqualify participants at its sole discretion in cases of suspected abuse.

7. Verification & Final Results

7.1 All ticket counts and leaderboard rankings are subject to internal audit.

7.2 Final verification will include review of:

• Payment confirmations

• Refund reports

• Chargebacks

• Fraud detection data

7.3 Intimaly’s final determination is binding.

8. Prize Payment

8.1 Winners will be announced within 7 business days after March 31, 2026.

8.2 Prize payments will be issued via an agreed payment method (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer) within 14 business days following final verification.

8.3 Failure to provide required payout information within a reasonable timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8.4 Prize payments are subject to verification and final approval by Intimaly.

8.5 If post-competition refunds, chargebacks, or adjustments reduce a winner’s total below the required revenue threshold, eligibility may be reassessed.

8.6 Intimaly reserves the right to delay prize payment for up to 14 business days following the competition end to complete verification.

8.7 Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes in their country of residence.

9. Promotional Rights & Use of Materials

9.1 By participating in the competition, creators grant Intimaly the right to use their name, username, ranking position, performance metrics, and winner status for promotional and marketing purposes related to the competition.

9.2 Intimaly may use materials previously provided by the creator for their product listings, including but not limited to:

• Product listing photos

• Promotional images

• Approved creator headshots

• Publicly shared branding materials for promotional purposes connected to the competition.

9.3 Such usage may include website features, social media posts, email marketing, paid advertising, and other promotional channels.

9.4 No additional compensation will be provided for such promotional use beyond eligibility to participate in the competition and receive potential prize winnings.

10. General Conditions

10.1 By registering, creators agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

10.2 Intimaly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition in cases of:

• Insufficient participation

• Technical issues

• Fraud

• Force majeure events

10.3 Intimaly’s decisions regarding all aspects of the competition are final.
